The following donation Conditions, contain the information previous to the donation that is intended to be made through the website fietgratia.org, including other rights and obligations that may arise from the relationship between the NGO Fiet Gratia and the donor.

These Conditions regulate the process of voluntary donation through this website, ownership of the NGO Fiet Gratia.

The donor must previously fill in the corresponding form, with the necessary personal information to be able to carry out the relationship between both parties, having given his consent and full acceptance, without any reservations, to each and every one of the conditions published by the NGO Fiet Gratia, at the moment the User accesses the referred website.

The NGO Fiet Gratia will request personal information from its donors through its website for administrative purposes. Therefore, by using our website to send a donation, you admit you have read and accepted our Donation and Privacy Policy.

The Conditions will apply to all donations made through the website, governing those in force at the time of each donation.

1. Donor. 

A donor is understood to be someone who, having accessed the website www.fietgratia.org, provides the obligatory personal information requested on the corresponding form with the purpose of making a voluntary donation, having previously accepted the required conditions.

2.Process of one-time economic donation.

• The donor will access the donation section from the tabs that invite collaborations, clicking on the “Give” button.
• The website will direct them to a contact form where they will have to insert their data and check the boxes corresponding to the acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Conditions of Use. If you do not mark the boxes, so as to accept these conditions, the button that allows you to go to the next page to complete the donation will not be enabled.
• By clicking on the “Give” button, you will be asked to confirm the payment. Fiet Gratia supports the following payment systems for donations: ✓ PayPall.

A minimum donation of 1 euro is established for one-time donations.

After confirming the payment, PayPal will send you an email confirming the payment details of the donation.

In accordance with article 42 of the Royal Decree 304/2014, which approves the Regulation of the Law 10/2010 of April 28^th, on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing, donations of amounts over 100 euros require the donor to send us a copy of his/her ID card.

3. Become a friend of Fiet Gratia, periodic economic donation process. 

• The donor will access the “Become a Friend of Fiet Gratia” section from the tabs that invite collaborations, clicking on the “Become a Friend” button.
• The website will direct you to a box where you must confirm the amount you wish to donate.
• As you continue, a contact form will open, where you will have to fill in the required data, among which we will ask you for the payment method, where you will only be able to choose direct debit, and the frequency with which you wish to make the periodic donation.
• After completing the data, the donor must check the boxes corresponding to the acceptance of the Privacy Policy and the Conditions of Use. If you do not check them, the “send” button will not be enabled, which allows you to go to the next page to complete the donation.

A minimum donation of 1€ is established for regular donations.

4. Donation Cancellations. 

We do not accept cancellations or refunds of individual donations. To cancel periodic donations, you must request it by emailing info@fiet.online, and we will proceed to unsubscribe you on the month following your communication.

5. Response after making the donation. 

Once your donation has been processed, you will receive an email from PayPal as an acknowledgement of receipt, indicating the contribution made with the corresponding date.

6. Collection and processing of donor information

You can visit our Legal Notice and Privacy Policy for information regarding the processing of data provided by donors. Such information will be used only by the NGO Fiet Gratia for accounting purposes. These data will not be used for any other purpose, unless you check the box accepting to receive communications from the NGO Fiet Gratia. These communications are always focused on informing about the bank’s activities, which are very necessary to promote volunteering and donations, with the aim of helping the most disadvantaged.

7. Volunteers.

In order to provide your services as a volunteer, you must send an email to voluntarios@fiet.online attaching your CV.

You can visit our Legal Notice and Privacy Policy for information regarding the processing of data provided by volunteers. This information will only be used by Fiet Gratia for the purposes of volunteer work and for Fiet Gratia’s activities. Fiet Gratia may use electronic or physical means to inform you of these actions through specific or periodic communications. These communications are always focused on informing about the activities related to Fiet Gratia, which are very necessary to promote volunteering and donations, with the aim of helping the most disadvantaged.

If you do not wish to receive communications, the NGO Fiet Gratia informs you of the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, opposition, suppression, limitation, and portability of the personal data you have provided, on the web or by email.

These rights may be exercised by any mean that leaves a record of its sending and receipt, at the email address rgpd@fiet.online, providing a photocopy of the ID card or alternative documentation that proves your identity.

8. Responsibilities derived from the data deposited in the forms. 

In the event of an error on the part of the donor in the introduction of the data, they must communicate it to Fiet Gratia, using the telephone number 911 69 77 00, or the e-mail address info@fiet.online.

Fiet Gratia cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any mistakes made by the user in the contact form.

Users are fully responsible for their conduct, when depositing their data and other information in the form.

In accordance with article 6.1 of the GDPR, it is stated that, in compliance with the interests, rights and fundamental freedoms of the interested party, when the user is a minor under 14 years old, they may not give their consent for a website to collect their personal data, nor may they carry out an economic transaction, their legal representatives (parents or guardians) being responsible for the possible consequences.
